How do I pay?

We accept payment from all major debit or credit cards as well as payments made by PayPal.


Can I return my order?

We’re sorry to hear if you were unhappy with your purchase and we gladly accept returns. To return an order you MUST first inform us in writing by sending an email to as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense. All returned items must be unused and unopen. Once inspected and everything is on the up and up, you will be refunded for the item price. 


Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you’d like to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. If we have already shipped your order, simply return to sender once received and once we get back your package, you’ll be refunded so long as the item is unopened within it’s original packaging.


Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I track the status of my order?

When you place an order we will email you to let you know when it has been shipped. You will then be given your tracking number where you can track the progress of your package.


What happens if I miss my delivery?

There’s no need to worry. You should receive a postal note if no one is available to collect your package, stating where you can pick up your package. It will be sent to your local Post Office.


Will my package be charged additional custom and import charges?

Orders placed outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes and duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.


What do i do if my order is missing?

If you are in the US and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which your order was shipped then please notify us by email at within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, Jazzelli Designs reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.


What is your returns policy?

If something goes wrong with your order or you're not satisfied, we'd love to try and make it right! Refunds are processed upon delivery of your return. Returned items must be unworn and unopened within it's original packaging.
